Why TPO?

As the most socially responsible team, we were among the first in China to study the use of TPO in tents and awnings. After nearly a decade of relentless effort, we believe that we are now the first and only company in China that truly has a comprehensive solution for using TPO in tents and awnings.

What sets us apart from our peers is that we actually use pure TPO as the raw material and have conducted in-depth research on issues such as weather resistance, aging resistance, wear resistance, flame retardancy, and have developed corresponding solutions. We have collaborated with the world's most powerful petrochemical suppliers and worked with China's top universities. Our goal is not only to be environmentally friendly, but also to find the most suitable alternative products in the most cost-effective way.

Lightweight

The weight of the 0.50mm PVC fabric can vary from 600gsm to 750gsm. The strength range is around 2500N - 3000N.

Similarly, the weight of the 0.50mm TPO fabric is below 380 grams. Its strength is the same as that of the 0.50mm PVC fabric.

Cost

At 0.50mm thickness, the PVC fabric with a GSM of 700 is about the same price as TPO.

Production Environmental:

During the production of PVC, a lot of toxic and harmful gases are generated. Similarly, during your actual practical processes, such as welding or burning processes, toxic and harmful gases are also produced. However, the production process and your subsequent processing of TPO do not produce any toxic or harmful gases. You can easily distinguish between the two by smelling them.
