So why are we building this factory in such a challenging situation?
Most people's impression of Chinese manufacturing can be summed up in two ways: 1. Cutting corners and offering products at a low price, but with poor quality. 2. Unstable quality, with good samples or the first batch of orders, but the quality deteriorating as production continues.
UCTEXTILE is a group of experienced technicians, production managers, and salespeople who have been working in this industry for more than 15 years.
We have gathered here with the hope that our efforts will show you that our products can have the same quality as European-made products, and even better. We must break the stereotype tthat China's products are “cheap and unstable”.
So, you can see that in every corner of our factory, including every part of the machines, we keep everything clean at all times. We distinguish ourselves from all other competitors in the design and management of our entire production process. We have optimized every step of the process to reduce the probability of errors. We start designing from the worker's action of how to take the raw materials, to the final rewinding, with strict requirements for every worker's every step of operation. You will see when you come to the factory that because we manage in an orderly manner, we use almost half the labor force of our peers, but the operating efficiency of the site is higher than that of our peers. And this can bring us a cost advantage.
So we quickly opened up some markets, for example, with membrane structure materials. In just one year, we captured 30% of the Chinese market and our share is still growing. We have achieved the best performance in a series of technical indicators such as lacquer treatment, anti-mildew and low wick.
Therefore, we can confidently say that in terms of quality for PVC knife coated products, we are at least among the top three in China.
